So i am officially the worst blogger in the world. I am going to attempt to blog at least once a week. So for my first post in my new weekly blog i am going to post some amazing food i ate this weekend. Lame? yes. Unoriginal? Yes. BUT it was such good food that i have to show you to make you all JEALOUS!
The salad in the white bowl is my new speciality. Its called MUsh salad and its made of Spinach leaves, Coriander, Feta, Red Onion, Lentils, Pine Nuts, Fennell seeds and is dressed with a yummy lemon, white wine vinegar and cumin dressing. Oooooh so tasty! To the left of that is a platter filled with potatoe patties with salmon and a wasabe mayo, little lamb pies and filo asparagus rolls. Hmmm heaven in my mouth
