Playing on popular 90’s culture, For The Homies drops their holiday collection “Straight Outta Costanza” into LOADED High St and Broadway. As you might guess by the title, this drop vibes off classic VHS tapes, Wu-Tang, NWA and Seinfeld to provide the inspiration behind the prints. We love the Straight Outta Compton/Seinfeld mix up, but our pick would be the Biggie x Warhol tee – payback really is a bitch.

In late 2007 PASS~PORT was created. Wanting to stay very clear of anything ever done before, the aim was simple, to bring out two ranges a year that would include skateboards, clothing & other bits & pieces with artwork & ideas created by the brand & its surrounding friends & contributors. At the same time supporting & exposing a community of skateboarders & artist was integral to the brands progression. We managed to get our hands on some more Wu-Tang Brand product before the year closed up and it’s on point as usual. Re-ups in the more familiar tees with new additions from Method Man and Inspectah Deck. The first of the Wu-Tang snap backs have arrived as well. As you’d expect, they wont hang round long. The recent ship wreck Rena whose oil spill is affecting the Mount is stable at the moment, but by no means clear of ever present danger. Currently there are two cranes ships operating daily to carry the load of the dangerously unbalanced wreck, a process which may take up to a year.
To help with the clean up effort closer to shore, our mates (and Mount Maunganui locals) Lower have teamed up with their screen printing partners Diffuse to produce this one off S.O.S Tee. The purpose of the tee is to help raise funds to support the clean up and the work of hundreds of volunteers who have donated their time and safety.
With each tee shirt sale, Lower will make a contribution towards the efforts, and LOADED will donate an additional $10.00 to the Care For Our Coast Fund. These S.O.S. tees are available in men’s and women’s and are available from LOADED High Street and Broadway.
