HOW DO I ORDER ONLINE?

To make a purchase online, browse for an item, confirm your size and colour preference (where applicable) and click "Add to Cart."
When you've completed your shopping, click the "Checkout" button to the right and we will guide you through the checkout process.

I RECEIVED MY ONLINE ORDER BUT I HAVE CHANGED MY MIND. CAN I RETURN IT?

If you have ordered the wrong size, colour or style you are welcome to exchange or return the item. However, we are unable to offer free delivery for ‘change of mind’ returns or exchanges and in these instances you would need to cover any extra shipping expense incurred.

HOW SECURE IS MY CREDIT CARD AND PERSONAL INFORMATION?

Your credit card details are not processed or transmitted through the LOADED website. All transactions are handled by a secure payment service provider. LOADED uses Direct Payment Solutions (DPS) to provide this service. DPS hosts and manages the payment page.

Your credit card details are not held by LOADED however they may be held by DPS incase a refund may be required.

HOW MUCH IS DELIVERY, HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE AND HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

Delivery is free for all deliveries within New Zealand - You will be provided with a tracking number in your 'confirmation of item is shipped' email.

STANDARD DELIVERY TIMES

Auckland - 1-2 working days

North Island - 1-2 working days

South Island - 2-3 working days

Rural - add 1-2 working days to above delivery times
