* Limited release’s may not be eligible for loyalty points and this may vary depending on the limited nature of the product.

 

“BOT USERS BEWARE” Loaded reserve the right to withhold a refund for 28 days to those who attempt to purchase using “Bot” software on our website as this is easily detected. Any detection of a “Bot” used to purchase Limited Releases on our website may also incur a 15% inconvenience and handling fee as our time is wasted identifying, managing and relisting “Bot” Purchases for legitimate buyers.

Loaded also reserve the right to refuse sale to known or suspected resellers and unauthorized international purchasers using proxy forwarding shipping addresses – these may also incur a 15% inconvenience and handling fee.

 

ONLINE OUTLET PURCHASES* - PLEASE NOTE DIFFERENT TERMS & CONDITIONS APPLY ON DISCOUNTED ITEMS:

*Please note – Outlet Sale items are available on our Website only and are not available in store.

Loyalty Vouchers, Credit Notes and Gift Cards cannot be used on discounted items.

Purchase’s from our Outlet section do not accumulate Loyalty Points. Due to high volumes on our website that are taking advantage of these discounts – we apologise in advance if an “oversell” of an item should occur. In this instance we will inform you and refund you for the affected item immediately.

Complimentary Gift Wrapping is not available for Outlet purchases - this is only a service we can offer on full priced items.

Please allow up to 5 working days to receive your order.

All sales on discounted items are final. 

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

Once you have placed an order you are unable to cancel it. If there is any issue with your order or you have made a mistake please call us on (09) 302 1869 or 0508 LOADED (0508 562333) and we will be able to help you.

 

DELIVERY

All deliveries are made using Courier Post.

We will endeavor to ensure delivery between 3 to 5 working days from time and date of purchase. 

Due to brand regulations we are currently unable to offer sales outside of New Zealand.

 

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

When your online purchase is complete you will receive an automated tracking email from Courier Post.

Please check your spam/junk if you do not receive this email within 48 hours of making your purchase.

 

LOST OR DAMAGED GOODS

If your order is lost or damaged in transit, please email us at sales@loadednz.com within 7 working days of placing your order so that we may conduct an investigation and rectify the situation.

 

CUSTOMERS WITH LOADED A_LIST LOYALTY STATUS

Cardholders with A_LIST Loyalty Status will receive points for online purchases (sale items/Limited Releases do not receive points), please make sure you answer yes to the prompt at time of purchase for points to be added to your Loyalty Account.

Please make sure you include a first and last name as well as mobile number of the account you would like the points added to; failing in doing so may result in a new account being created or the purchase may be added to the incorrect account.

REDEEMING LOYALTY VOUCHERS/GIFT CARDS ONLINE

To redeem a voucher online please follow the process below:

1. Place your order
2. Quote your voucher number in the comments section
3. Pay full price
4. Once your order has been processed, you will be refunded for the voucher amount (this will take 5 working days to show in your account).
 
Alternatively you can call one of our stores below and process your voucher/payment over the phone - free shipping is still included within NZ.

Loyalty Vouchers can only be redeemed on Full Price items - sale items are exempt.
 

SALE ITEMS

Sale items do not accumulate Loyalty Points.

Sale items may incur a shipping charge if not accompanied by a full price item as part of the purchase.

Sale items are available online only - all sale items are final, no returns or exchanges can be accepted on sale items.

 

SPECIAL ORDERS

Special orders are final, no returns or exchanges can be accepted on special orders.

 

"LAST OF PACKS"

  • Exchange or refund is not available on any items from a “Last Of Pack” online purchase.
  • Maximum number of packs that can be purchased per customer is 4 packs.
  • Loyalty Points are not earned on a “Last Of Pack” purchases.
  • Loyalty Vouchers cannot be redeemed on these Special Offer Packs.
  • Gift Cards, Promotion Vouchers of any kind or offers, double points cards or credit notes cannot be redeemed on these Special Offer Packs.
  • Offer is only available whilst stocks last.
  • All “Last of Pack” sales are final.

We can provide an exchange for item(s) provided the following conditions are met:

* Item(s) must be accompanied by the relevant sales receipt and paperwork.

* Item(s) must be in saleable condition with swing tags attached/footwear must be returned in its original box with tissue.

* Item(s) are returned within 10 days of purchase.

* Item(s) were not sale/discounted.

 

EXCHANGES VIA COURIER*

All exchanges must first be organised via email at sales@loadednz.com

 

We can provide a exchange for item(s) provided the following conditions are met:

* Item(s) must be accompanied by the relevant sales receipt and paperwork.

* Item(s) must be in saleable condition with swing tags attached/footwear must be returned in its original box with tissue.

* Item(s) are returned within 10 days of purchase.

* Item(s) were not sale/discounted.

 

- Any return delivery fees are at the customers expense.

- As Loaded is not liable for the loss of an item being returned to us we recommend that you return it only using a COURIER - SIGNATURE REQUIRED service and retain the shipping details/tracking number of your item. 

- Loaded reserves the right to refuse any return where it is deemed the item(s) does not match the above return conditions.

** If your item is deemed faulty, we will send you a pre-paid bag so you may return the item to us.

 

REFUNDS FOR ONLINE PURCHASES*

For online purchases we are happy to provide a refund for change of mind, subject to the following conditions.

All refunds must first be organised via email at sales@loadednz.com

 

Return Conditions:

* Item(s) must be accompanied by the relevant sales receipt and paperwork.

* Item(s) must be unworn and in as new saleable condition with swing tags attached/footwear must be returned in its original box with tissue.

* Item(s) are returned within 10 days of purchase.

* Item(s) were not sale/discounted.

 

- Any return delivery fees are at the customers expense.

- A flat rate shipping fee of $6.50 will be deducted for any change of mind refunds, alternatively Loaded is happy to provide a gift voucher for the total amount. 

- As Loaded is not liable for the loss of an item being returned to us, we recommend that you return it only using a COURIER - SIGNATURE REQUIRED service and retain the shipping     details/tracking number of your item. 

- Loaded reserves the right to refuse any return where it is deemed the item(s) does not match the above return conditions.

- Refunds are processed onto the original card payment was made from or if the item(s) were paid via bank transfer, we will ask you for a bank account number.

RETURNS ADDRESS*

As Loaded is not liable for the loss of an item being returned to us we recommend that you return it only using a COURIER - SIGNATURE REQUIRED service and retain the shipping details/tracking number of your item. 

We do not allow pick ups/drop offs at our returns address.
